Terms and Conditions
Booking need to
be cancelled at least 48
hours prior to the day
of arrival in view late
cancellation charge not
to apply.*
If you
cancel a guaranteed
booking after noon 48
hours before the arrival
date you will be charged
for one night
accommodation per room
booked.**
*The
above will not apply for
group bookings (more
than five rooms) where
separate arrangements
will be done at the time
of booking. For group
bookings the
cancellation time will
be longer than 48 hours
and this will be
confirmed in writing by
the reservation staff of
Travel Plaza.
