Please note that when you make a group booking the total amount will be taken at the time of the booking and the booking will be considered as a non cancellable and non refundable one.
Terms and Conditions:
All available rooms can be booked online or over the phone. We will request your debit/credit card details and your address. We will request some deposit to be paid at the time of reservation made over the phone. All outstanding amounts are payable on arrival. We will email you a booking confirmation.
If the reservation has got special non cancellable/non refundable condition then the whole amount will be taken at the time of booking.
When booking 3 or more rooms, a full payment will be required at the time of booking and this booking will be considered as a Group Booking on a Non-Refundable basis.
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 1 day (10am) before the arrival are without charge. *This does not apply to non cancellable bookings, to group bookings, to No Shows, or reservations with special conditions agreed where 100% payment will be taken.
I confirm that I will not hold Prem ConstructionLtd t/a Travel Plaza Hotel liable for the loss of any valuables or other personal effects during my stay.
I confirm that all activities undertaken at Travel Plaza Hotel and Restaurant shall be at my own risk and I will not hold Prem Construction Ltd t/a Travel Plaza Hotel or its employees liable for any damage or injuries that I may suffer.
I agree to pay all Charges incurred by me and my guests during my stay at Travel Plaza Hotel and the Restaurant.
An additional cleaning charge of £200 will be charged to my card on or after departure if I or any of my guests smoke in the room.
I agree that a charge of £60 will be levied to my card each time I request information relating to charge back matters(This applies to No Show cases, as well).
There will be a late check out charge of £20 apply in case of late check out at 12 noon and one more night fee will apply for check out after 12 noon.
Our housekeeping team checks all rooms on departure and in case of missing items, which are the Hotel's property, you will be charged for it and the charge will apply to your card.
