*Please note that when you make a group booking (3 or more rooms)the total amount for the whole reservation will be taken at the time of the booking and the booking will be considered as a non cancellable and non refundable one.
**The customers are required to provide a photo ID on arrival
***A Family room (2 adults and 2 children under 12 of age). In case of any query, please contact us.
At the time of booking we varify your card with a £10 deposit, when you book a room. The outstanding amount will be collected from the same card at 6pm on the arrival day in case you arrive after 6pm.
The property can't accept lorry tracks on their parking. It's too small for these vehicles.
We don't have storage for bikes and the bikes are not permitted in the Guest room
Booking Terms
General Policy
Terms and Conditions at Travel Plaza Hotel:
All available rooms can be booked online, via email or over the phone.
When you are booking online please fill in all the requested information. The system will generate the booking and booking confirmation will be emailed to you.
When you are booking over the phone, we will request you to send us an email to info@travelplaza.co.ukwith your full name,address, contact telephone number and your booking instructions. We will email you a payment link , which you need to follow andcomplete the payment requested. Usually, a £10 depositwill be requested but the amount to pay will depend on the prior booking arrangements with you. We will not collect your card details over the phone for security reasons. You will receive a booking confirmation via email and a confirmation of your payment.
The Hotel has got24 hours cancellation policy. The Hotel has got right to collect the full payment for the reservation when the reservation is outside the free cancellation time. For example: if you are booked for today , the Hotel has got right to debitthe full amount for your stay from your card.
If the reservation has got special non cancellable/non refundable conditions, then the whole amount will be taken at the time of booking, like in cases below:
When booking 3 or more rooms, a full payment will be required at the time of booking and this booking will be considered as a Group Booking on a Non-Refundable basis.
When making a reservation for 4 or more nights, there will be a charge of the first night at the time of booking.
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 1 day before the arrival are without charge. *This does not apply to non cancellable bookings,like group bookings.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel outside the cancellation time or in case of No Show.
There will be a surcharge of 10% on all refunds.
I confirm that I will not hold Prem ConstructionLtd t/a Travel Plaza Hotel liable for the loss of any valuables or other personal effects during my stay.
I confirm that all activities undertaken at Travel Plaza Hotelshall be at my own risk and I will not hold Prem Construction Ltd t/a Travel Plaza Hotel or its employees liable for any damage or injuries that I may suffer.
I agree to pay all Charges incurred by me and my guests during my stay at Travel Plaza Hotel.
An additional cleaning charge of £200 will be charged to my card on or after departure if I or any of my guests smoke in the room.
I agree that a charge of £60 will be levied to my card each time I request information relating to charge back matters (This applies to No Show cases, as well).
There will be a late check out charge of £15 apply in case of late check out at 12 noon and one more night fee will apply for check out after 12 noon.
Our housekeeping team checks all rooms on departure and in case of missing items, which are the Hotel's property, you will be charged for it and the charge will apply to your card.
